You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use AX999. We carry out age verification checks as part of the KYC process.
All transactions must use payment methods held in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in PKR within your account dashboard.
All promotional offers carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus funds and real-money balances are kept separate until the requirement is cleared in full.
Collusion, arbitrage abuse, use of bots, multi-accounting and any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances. All activity is monitored.

AX999 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining whether online betting is lawful in their jurisdiction before participating.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and AX999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ax999.cam, including all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of AX999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AX999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service.
The Platform's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform does not warrant that the information, content or odds data displayed are free from errors or omissions. Manifest errors will be corrected promptly, and affected bets may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding charges will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Bonus funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement are forfeited upon Account closure, whether voluntary or enforced.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
AX999 expressly does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Access to the Platform from Pakistan is at your own risk and subject to your own assessment of applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
AX999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
